Devista provides you an opportunity to make an impact!

Our paid internship 10-week program begins on Monday 3rd of July 2023, and concludes on Friday October the 2nd 2023. Some interns will have the opportunity to extend their internship beyond the program end date and receive a full time job as Junior Developer in Devista

What You’ll learn?

Scrum

For 1 week you will take part in a Scrum course that will teach you the basics of Agile Software development

Java

After the scrum course, we will refresh your Java knowledge for another week

Spring Boot

Afterwards we will learn about the basics of Spring Boot the framework behind the majority of enterprise applications

Vacation

After the technical learning journey, you will get a 1 week vacation but unfortunately, we will not teach how to vacation, because we are sure you already know how to do it ;)

SAP Commerce

Once you are back from vacation, for 2 weeks, you are going to learn about the technology behind Volkswagen, Desigual and Apple E-Commerce platforms

SAP Commerce Practice

Once familiar with the basics, you will implement your own e-commerce shop for 3 weeks

Mini Projects

We will do some more practical mini projects to validate what you’ve learned

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience

Must display ability and interest to learn technology and gain experience in working on live projects

Fundamental understanding of Agile development process

A focus on coding standards and code quality - a desire to have great test coverage to enable continuous delivery

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with teams, share ideas and present concepts effectively;

Passion, initiative, and a curious mindset—you enjoy moving at a fast pace, shipping software that improves the user experience and constantly improving your work with little supervision.
